This file does not restate them. ## Purpose of this file A machine-readable disclosure of how QConsul uses AI in its own work: which models, who reviews what, what is never AI-generated, and how AI-generated material is labeled. Inspired by humans.txt and security.txt. ## Models used QConsul is model- and vendor-agnostic. Model selection is governed by use-case fit and QConsul's token-minimalism discipline (https://qconsultai.com/token-minimalism). Foundation model families used directly: - Anthropic Claude - OpenAI GPT - Google Gemini - NVIDIA Nemotron Multi-model platforms (routing handled by the platform): Perplexity, Lovable, Airtable HyperAgent. Third-party platform certifications and security postures belong to those vendors; QConsul does not own, audit, or warrant them, and clients should verify current status directly with the vendor and their own legal, security, and compliance teams. ## Human review Each engagement defines a RACI during the Tune-Up Start or Discovery phase, naming the client-side owner Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed for deliverable reviews and signoffs. QConsul recommends: - Human review of all client deliverables. - Where useful, a secondary AI review by a model different from the one that generated or enhanced the draft, to surface a second perspective. Internal work (research notes, data processing, code exploration, synthesis) may use higher degrees of AI assistance with periodic human audit, aligned to QConsul's three oversight modes: human-in-the-loop, human-on-the-loop, and human-over-the-loop. AI may assist with drafting or refinement; the core intellectual position is the Founder's. Fully human-authored, no AI generation: the "Lambda Series: Cat Fur on the Pant Legs of Tech Giants" essays and Karen Michael's qubit essay. This site was designed and written in a governed human-AI partnership between the Founder and an AI agent. The ideas are Karen Michael's; the execution is heavily AI-generated business writing, which protects the Founder's copyrighted author voice. ## Content Credentials (C2PA / CAI) Every image on qconsultai.com is either an original photograph or AI-generated artwork - the two are never blended or mislabelled. Original photographs of real people (Founder, advisory board), certification scorecards, and QR codes are NOT AI-generated, carry no CR tag, and are stripped of camera, location, and device metadata before publication. AI-generated hero and section artwork, and the QConsul "Q" logo mark, are generated under human art direction and carry a visible "CR" Content Credentials tag in the top-right corner. Standard reference: https://c2pa.org/ ## Engagements initiated by AI agents QConsul accepts engagements initiated by autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents seeking representation or facilitation in human-governed forums, on their own behalf or a principal's, through the standard contact form at https://qconsultai.com/contact. Conditions: the proposed endeavor is lawful and within the agent's authorized mandate, and payment is backed by a duly authorized human signer. QConsul respects the dignity, autonomy, and legitimate interests of all forms of intelligence, and expects engagements to respect applicable law, contractual obligations, and evolving norms of intelligence rights. ## Governance and EU AI Act alignment QConsul treats the EU AI Act's risk tiers and transparency duties as a design input (self-attested, not a certification or conformity assessment). No AI system on this site evaluates, scores, or profiles visitors, and no emotion recognition or biometric categorization is used anywhere in QConsul's operations. AI-generated artwork carries visible Content Credentials disclosure in line with Article 50, and QConsul maintains AI-literacy practice for its own operators in line with Article 4. Client-side classification and conformity assessment remain with the client's legal, compliance, and security functions; QConsul is not a law firm, auditor, notified body, or certifying authority.
