Clients choose whether to engage a specialist. Any engagement is directly between the client and specialist under a separate written agreement; QConsul is not a party to it and does not supervise, control, warrant, or assume responsibility for the specialist's services or results.

Four baseline introduction criteria

QConsul considers four baseline criteria before making an introduction.

• Active business-entity registration in the applicable state registry
• A publicly visible professional reputation, including verifiable LinkedIn recommendations
• An in-person or video meeting with the people representing the specialist entity
• A service model that may complement QConsul's work

These criteria support introductions only. They are not a certification, background check, audit, endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of a specialist's qualifications, legal compliance, availability, insurance, services, deliverables, or fit for a client's needs.

Listing details can change. Clients should conduct their own due diligence before engaging a specialist.

Introductions are voluntary and non-exclusive. Neither QConsul nor a specialist is required to make, accept, or continue an introduction or engagement. QConsul does not charge or receive commissions, revenue share, or other compensation for introductions or resulting engagements.

QConsul and each specialist act independently. Neither may bind or speak for the other. To facilitate an introduction, QConsul shares only the limited business contact information needed to connect the parties; it does not share client or project details, confidential information, or personal information without appropriate written authorization.

QConsul may update or remove listings at any time. A listing does not create a right to continued inclusion, an obligation to make introductions, or permission to use QConsul's name or logo in marketing.

QConsul scales only with formally established, independently operating business entities. QConsul also takes the time to meet the people who represent each entity, because relationship fit is a judgment about people, not paperwork.
