ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer training completed (PECB) — September 2026
Governance foundation: understanding ISO/IEC 42001:2023, AIMS concepts, the organization’s context, interested parties, scope, leadership commitment, accountability, and AI policy.
Risk and control design: identifying AI-related risks, defining risk-treatment actions, building the Statement of Applicability, selecting controls, and translating the standard into operational governance mechanisms.
Operationalization: establishing procedures and documented information; assigning ownership; building competence and awareness; communicating requirements; and embedding controls into AI lifecycle and operational processes.
Assurance and oversight: defining monitoring and measurement, conducting internal audits, holding management reviews, managing nonconformities and corrective actions, and creating a continual-improvement cycle.
Certification readiness: organizing evidence and documentation and preparing the organization for a third-party AIMS certification audit.
